Shipping & Returns



Shipping is available in the territory of Canada, all provinces and in  the territory of US, all states.

Worldwide shipping is also available, for details, please contact us.


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We ship each package with a tracking number.

There is no minimum order.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $250*. Merchandise total must reach $250* after all discounts and before taxes and shipping.

* except Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon, US and worldwide. If you wish to order from these territories, please contact us about possibilities.

Once your package is in the care of Canada Post or UPS, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

A.N.A.S. is NOT responsible for loss, damage, confiscation or Acts of God that occur during shipping. Because weather conditions can change drastically at any time, we also assume no liability for damage caused by changes in weather during transportation.

Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct. If your package is returned due to incorrect information supplied to us, we will not refund shipping costs. Your order can be reshipped at buyer’s expense. 

If your package is marked as delivered by Canada Post or UPS, and you do not have your package, we can submit a claim on your behalf.  However, we will not be held responsible for lost items by Canada Post or UPS.  If your tracking number states it has been delivered, this is what we have to take into consideration.


Due to the health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders unless there is a manufacturer defect. Please email us at to notify us of the following:

•Received damaged items 

•Manufacturer defects 

•Missing items from your order

Please provide an explanation as well as pictures.

In the event an error is made on your order, or an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48hrs of receiving your package. If return items are not issued in 3 days or not received within 14days from initial contact no refund will be issued. 

Only items purchased directly from the Atlantic Nail Art Studio site can be returned for refund.


Shipping fees for all orders are nonrefundable. Product must be returned at customer's expense.

Returns for defective products will be accepted within 7 days of receipt.
