Refund policy

RETURNS
 

Due to the health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders unless there is a manufacturer defect. Please email us at atlanticnailartstudio@gmail.com to notify us of the following:

•Received damaged items 

•Manufacturer defects 

•Missing items from your order

Please provide an explanation as well as pictures.

In the event an error is made on your order, or an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48hrs of receiving your package. If return items are not issued in 3 days or not received within 14days from initial contact no refund will be issued.

Only items purchased directly from the Atlantic Nail Art Studio site can be returned for refund.

 

Shipping fees for all orders are nonrefundable. Product must be returned at customer's expense.

Returns for defective products will be accepted within 7 days of receipt.

CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE WITHOUT EXCEPTION
